Basketball Recap: Hickory Grove Christian Victorious

If SouthLake Christian Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hickory Grove Christian, they should've done a better job of containing Lauren Feaster. The Hickory Grove Christian Lions walked away with a 53-41 win over the SouthLake Christian Academy Eagles on Friday thanks in part to Feaster, who went 8 for 10 on her way to 24 points and seven rebounds. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.4 points per game.

Hickory Grove Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for SouthLake Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
