Soccer Recap: Knott County Central Comes Up Short

Knott County Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Barbourville Tigers, falling 7-3. Knott County Central were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Barbourville earlier this season, when they won 4-2.

Knott County Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-13-1. As for Barbourville, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-8 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Knott County Central will take on Perry County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Barbourville, they will challenge Middlesboro at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
