Baseball Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

Northwest was the 13-8 winner over Jemez Valley when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons came up short against the Warrior on Monday, falling 16-4.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Jemez Valley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Northwest will take on Thoreau at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jemez Valley, they will square off against Rehoboth Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warrior's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lynx have averaged an impressive 12.4 runs per game this season.
