Basketball Recap: West Carroll Takes a Loss

West Carroll lost against Polo back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Carroll Thunder took a 57-39 bruising from the Polo Marcos. The matchup marked the Thunder's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

West Carroll has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Polo, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-3 record.

West Carroll wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 59-51 defeat against Ashton-Franklin Center on the 11th. As for Polo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-34 win against Stockton on the 12th.
