Baseball Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

Perry lost to Prairie City-Monroe back in June of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bluejays fell 5-1 to the Mustangs.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Prairie City-Monroe, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Perry is set to square off against their familiar foe Greene County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Prairie City-Monroe will challenge rival West Marshall at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
