Baseball Recap: Point Arena Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Point Arena can now relate to. They lost 7-0 to the Swett Warriors on Saturday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Pirates haven't been shut out since back in March.

Point Arena's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Swett, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Point Arena nor Swett have any future games scheduled.
