Softball Recap: Westerville North Comes Up Short

If Westerville North was riding high fresh off their 20-7 takedown of Worthington Kilbourne on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors came up short against the Dublin Scioto Irish on Friday, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Irish this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 back in April.

Westerville North has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Dublin Scioto, their record now sits at 14-4.

Westerville North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dublin Scioto, they will head out to face off against Thomas Worthington at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
