Union Grove Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

Union Grove Christian pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four contests. As for Faith Christian, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-5.

Faith Christian took their win against Union Grove Christian in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 6-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
