Tates Creek not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 25, 2024. They put the hurt on the Sayre Spartans with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Commodores, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Tates Creek now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Sayre, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tates Creek will take on Frederick Douglass at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tates Creek is facing Frederick Douglass at the right time seeing as Frederick Douglass is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sayre, they will face off against Franklin County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
