Volleyball Recap: Silver Creek Comes Up Short on the Road Against Madison

Silver Creek had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Madison Cubs by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. While the Dragons didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cubs 25-21 in the first set.

Silver Creek started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 23-25, 25-17, 25-15, 15-13.

Madison has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Silver Creek has already played their next contest (against Jeffersonville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Madison also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Floyd Central.
