Basketball Recap: Trey Foster Key Part of Team Effort in Cavaliers Win

Tri-County won the last time they faced Pioneer and things went their way on Friday too. The Tri-County Cavaliers managed a 46-40 victory over the Pioneer Panthers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cavaliers.

Tri-County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Trey Foster led the charge by putting up ten points. Drew Foster was another key player, earning 11 points.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Shiloh Rine, who posted eight points and eight boards. Rine is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 57% in the last nine games he's played. Another player making a difference was Noah Miller, who put up 11 points and five rebounds.
