ARNOLD, Mo. - A 27-point lead at the beginning of the fourth quarter didn't slow down
Parkway South (Manchester, Mo.) as it put 15 more points on the scoreboard to secure its victory over Fox (Arnold, Mo.) 47-14.
After taking the lead on a rushing touchdown in the first quarter, the Patriots were up 27-6 at the half.
Parkway South expanded its lead to 27 points entering the fourth quarter. PS scored once in the quarter on a touchdown.
When the two teams played each other last season, the Manchester school came away with a 19-6 victory.
With the win the Patriots extended their winning streak to three games.
Fox (2-3) goes up against Oakville in a Suburban - West game matchup next week, while Parkway South (3-2) locks horns with Mehlville also in a Suburban - West game.
