Clayton's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Estancia Bears as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Yellowjackets were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Bears, so the Yellowjackets were just returning the favor.

While Clayton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 25-19.

Clayton's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Estancia, they dropped their record down to 5-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Clayton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Santa Rosa on the 11th. As for Estancia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Raton on the 11th.
