Baseball Recap: Brookland Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Brookland's offense. They fell just short of the Lakeside Rams by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brookland's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Lakeside, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Brookland has already played their next contest, a 9-0 win against Nashville on the 27th. As for Lakeside, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Pine Bluff at 5:00 p.m. on April 21.
