Volleyball Recap: Lodi Gets the Win

Lodi posted their closest win since February 22nd on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Placer Hillmen. That's more bragging rights for the Flames, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lodi has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. Placer has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Lodi didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against West Campus on the 22nd. As for Placer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Ponderosa on the 22nd.
