Basketball Recap: Northumberland Takes a Loss

Northumberland lost against Tabb back in December of 2016 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Northumberland Indians might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Tabb Tigers an easy 88-68 win. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (57), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Northumberland moved to 3-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Tabb, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Northumberland will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lancaster at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Tabb, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Granby at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Tabb's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
