Volleyball Game Preview: Duluth Wildcats vs. Brookwood Broncos

Duluth is 1-6 against Brookwood since August of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Wildcats will challenge the Broncos at 4:30 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Duluth duked it out with Parkview on Tuesday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Brookwood beat Meadowcreek 2-0 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Broncos.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Brookwood took both sets by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-10.

Brookwood's win bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Duluth, their loss dropped their record down to 1-16.

Duluth couldn't quite get it done against Brookwood when the teams last played on Tuesday as they fell 2-0. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
