Recap: Greenwood Bulldogs vs. Little Rock Christian Academy Warriors
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Greenwood Bulldogs had no problem doing just that on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-23 victory over the Warriors. The win was just business as usual for Greenwood, who after 13 games remain undefeated this season.
Greenwood found their leader in underclassman Kane Archer, who rushed for 98 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 192 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. Brayedan Davis was another key contributor, rushing for 155 yards and a touchdown.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Greenwood's defense and their four sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Brenden Chick and Cash Archer who racked up four sacks between them.
Greenwood's victory bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Little Rock Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-3.
Greenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Little Rock Christian Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
