Softball Recap: Huron Takes a Loss

Huron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Armada Tigers. If the Chiefs were looking for revenge after losing 5-4 to the Tigers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Huron's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Armada, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Huron wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 17-3 win against Sandusky on the 19th. As for Armada, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-4 victory against L'Anse Creuse North on the 19th.
