Soccer Recap: Lake Howell Takes a Loss

Lake Howell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Lyman Greyhounds. The Silverhawks were probably out for revenge after losing 4-2 to them when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lake Howell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Lyman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1-5.

Lake Howell wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 4-2 loss against Colonial on the 16th. After both having extra time off, Lyman and University will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
