Soccer Recap: KIPP Houston Falls to International Leadership of Texas Katy Westpark in First Game of Season

KIPP Houston unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the International Leadership of Texas Katy Westpark Eagles on Tuesday. The Kerberos were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for International Leadership of Texas Katy Westpark and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

KIPP Houston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for International Leadership of Texas Katy Westpark, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the International Leadership of Texas Katy Westpark duke it out with the Kinkaid at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
