While El Camino's win against Mission wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. El Camino had just enough and edged out Mission 4-3 on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Colts in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won five in a row.

Quentin Bromaghim spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, El Camino saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nicholas Jang, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Another was Dylan Bullintini, who scored two runs and stole two bases.

El Camino's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Mission, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Looking ahead, El Camino will be taking part in a tournament against South San Francisco at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mission, they will take on Capuchino in a tournament on Tuesday.
