Recap: Indian Lake Lakers vs. Graham Local Falcons
The Indian Lake Lakers were the 59-49 winner over the Graham Local Falcons when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Indian Lake fell to Graham Local 47-42.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Graham Local to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cora McWhinney, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds. Bailey Britton was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with two steals.
Indian Lake's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Graham Local, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-6.
Indian Lake will head out on the road to take on Versailles at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. Versailles presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Indian Lake in Ohio (Versailles is ranked 122nd, while Indian Lake is ranked 577th). As for Graham Local, they will be playing at home against Bellefontaine at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
