Softball Recap: Palmer Terrors vs. Canon City Tigers
Palmer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 19-4 to the Canon City Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Terrors of the 23-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Tuesday.
Palmer saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Natalyah Amos, who scored a run while going 2-for-2. What's more, Amos also racked up two hits, the mostshe's had since back in September of 2023.
Palmer's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Canon City, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7.
