There's no place like home for Edison, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Port Clinton Redskins on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Chargers haven't had any issues with the Redskins recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Edison was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-12, 25-14.

Ella Booth paced Edison's offense, picking up eight kills. Booth got some help from Peyton Bissell and her 15 assists. Booth was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Edison's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Port Clinton, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.

Edison has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against St. Paul on the 11th. As for Port Clinton, after both having extra time off, they and Crestview will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
