Basketball Recap: West St. Mary Comes Up Short

West St. Mary was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 60-43 to the Southside Sharks.

West St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Southside, they pushed their record up to 6-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

West St. Mary will host South Terrebonne at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southside, they are taking a road trip to square off against Kaplan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
