University came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Wheeling Park Patriots 3-0. The Hawks not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-16, 25-20.

University's offense was headlined by Riley Braham and Maggie Panson, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Alexis Oravec and her 20 assists. Hope Pell controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

University's victory bumped their record up to 18-5-2. As for Wheeling Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. University will head out to square off against Buckhannon-Upshur at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wheeling Park, they will take on Parkersburg South at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
