Volleyball Recap: Lexington Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win + How To Watch

Lexington had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 last Saturday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 17-25, 25-16.

Lexington can attribute much of their success to Maddie Hale, who had 13 digs and three aces. Those 13 digs gave Hale a new career-high.

Hale wasn't the only good server: Lexington was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 12 consecutive contests.

The win got Lexington back to even at 11-11. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-10.

Lexington has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Colbert Heights on the 11th. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against St. Bernard Prep on the 11th.
