Wyatt Loughman posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

Loughman's strong effort led Martha's Vineyard Regional over Nantucket and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vineyarders are 9-1 against the Whalers going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
