Softball Recap: Mountain Heritage Gets the Win

Mountain Heritage was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Polk County on Tuesday. The Cougars never let the Wolverines get on the board and left with a 14-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Wolverines: they've now won six in a row.

Mountain Heritage's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Polk County, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
