Ethan Quiroz has led Kermit in blocks on the season and he led the team again on Friday. Quiroz wasn't messing around, putting up eight points in addition to 12 rebounds and three blocks. The game was his third straight with two or more blocks.

Quiroz and Kermit won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Denver City at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
