Volleyball Recap: Grove City Christian Finds Home Court Redemption Against Harvest Prep

There's no place like home for Grove City Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Harvest Prep Warriors 3-0 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15, 25-18.

Kinsey Hovance paced Grove City Christian's offense, picking up eight kills. Hovance got some help from Lydia Lee and her 22 assists. Lee was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Grove City Christian pushed their record up to 10-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Harvest Prep, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Coming up, Grove City Christian will head out to challenge Columbus Academy at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Harvest Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bishop Rosecrans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
