Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask National Trail). They put the hurt on the Oakwood Lumberjacks with a sharp 18-10 win on Monday. With that victory, the Blazers brought their scoring average up to 6.6 runs per game.
Morgan House was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with six RBI, two runs, and one double. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high.
