Basketball Recap: Manson Takes a Loss

If Manson was riding high fresh off their 66-17 takedown of Soap Lake last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Manson Trojans fell to the Omak Pioneers 60-55. The loss was the Trojans' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Manson fell to 3-1. As for Omak, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Manson will head out to challenge Liberty Bell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Manson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Liberty Bell likes a good challenge. As for Omak, they will be home for the holidays to greet Chelan at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Chelan will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Omak surely won't give up without a fight.
