Soccer Game Preview: Plainfield North vs. Central

Plainfield North's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on St. Charles North with a sharp 3-0 win. Fans of Plainfield North have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 3+ goals.

Meanwhile, while the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was Central who was credited with the victory on Tuesday. The Rockets got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to South Elgin's one.

Central's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Plainfield North, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
