If South Fremont wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Sugar-Salem, they should've done a better job of containing Andee Petterson. The Diggers claimed a resounding 60-33 victory over the Cougars with plenty of help from Petterson, who shot 56% from the field on her way to 26 points along with five rebounds and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games she's played dating back to last season.

Sugar-Salem's win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for South Fremont, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Sugar-Salem will venture away from home to face off against Teton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Fremont, they will welcome Marsh Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
