After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Lincoln, Lake City was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Lamar Silver Foxes. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

Lake City's record now sits at 7-5. As for Lamar, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake City will host Wilson at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lamar, they will be playing in front of their home fans against C.A. Johnson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
