Baseball Recap: Clinton Gets the Win

Clinton won the last time they faced Hobbton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Dark Horses came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 8-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dark Horses.

Roady Carter was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2025.

Clinton's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Hobbton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Clinton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-0 victory against James Kenan on the 4th. As for Hobbton, they will host Pender at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
