Volleyball Recap: Desert Mountain Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Desert Mountain suffered their biggest loss since September 3rd on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Chaparral Firebirds. The Wolves have struggled against the Firebirds recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 25-14.

Ava Archibald paced Desert Mountain's offense, picking up seven kills. Archibald got some help from Isabella Mitchell and her ten assists.

Desert Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Chaparral, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Desert Mountain has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Campo Verde on the 18th. As for Chaparral, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Verrado on the 19th.
