Mitchell had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs on Wednesday. Adam Naim had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Mitchell.

Mitchell has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which lines up perfectly with their 20-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 53 goals over those 11 contests. As for Lakewood Ranch, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-3.

Looking ahead, Mitchell will venture away from home to challenge Olympic Heights at 10:00 a.m. on February 20th.
