Volleyball Recap: Ashby Takes a Loss

Ashby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Arrows of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Ashby's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Long Prairie-Grey Eagle, their win ended an 11-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ashby will welcome Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Long Prairie-Grey Eagle, they will be playing at home against Osakis at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
