North Salinas won the last time they faced King City, and Andre Lizaola did his part to make sure it happened again. The North Salinas Vikings took down the King City Mustangs 47-32 on Tuesday thanks in part to Lizaola, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in December of 2024.
The victory got North Salinas back to even at 8-8. As for King City, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-12.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Soledad the next time they take the court. King City will host Soledad at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while North Salinas will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd.
