Softball Recap: Lee Comes Up Short

If Lee was riding high fresh off their 13-3 takedown of Beaumont United on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ganders came up short against the Sterling Rangers on Tuesday, falling 16-1. The Ganders haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Lee saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Janesa Coronel, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Lee's loss dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Sterling, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

As of now, neither Lee nor the Rangers have any future games scheduled.
