Soccer Recap: Seguin Find Success

Seguin proved they can win big last Monday (they won by four) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Brackenridge Eagles. The Matadors' winning goal came courtesy of Sophia Salinas.

Seguin now has a winning record of 10-9-1. As for Brackenridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-15-2.

Looking ahead, Seguin will take on Jay at 7:00 p.m. on March 21st. Jay will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Seguin surely won't give up without a fight. Brackenridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
