Softball Recap: Winter Park Wildcats vs. Geneva Knights

Winter Park extended their losing streak to four on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 7-14 in the process. They lost 16-5 to the Geneva Knights. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Winter Park saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rylie Scanlon, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Sarah McDavid was another, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
