Baseball Recap: Clover Garden School Takes a Loss

The Clover Garden School Grizzlies came up short against the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves on Wednesday, falling 12-2. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kam Foster made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Clover Garden School's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Cedar Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clover Garden School will welcome Eno River Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cedar Ridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Person at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Person will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Cedar Ridge surely won't give up without a fight.
