Soccer Recap: Kingsley Comes Up Short

If Kingsley was riding high fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Kalkaska on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Stags came up short against the Suttons Bay Norsemen on Saturday, falling 6-0. Kingsley haven't had much luck with Suttons Bay recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Kingsley's loss dropped their record down to 9-8-1. As for Suttons Bay, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingsley will challenge Boyne City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Suttons Bay, they will face off against Leland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
