Marion never let their opponents score on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Wynne Yellowjackets. The win continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Yellowjackets: they've now won three in a row.

The result came thanks to Robert Hall's shutout, as he gave up just six hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Marion is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 8-10 otherwise.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Liam Henry, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.
