Soccer Recap: Franklin Central Gets the Win

Franklin Central barely beat Norwich the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Purple Devils blew past the Purple Tornado 7-2 on Monday. It was an even better day for Jacob Kingsbury as he scored three goals for his team.

Franklin Central's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1. As for Norwich, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin Central will challenge Oxford Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be Franklin Central's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Norwich, they will take on Windsor Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
