El Dorado Springs is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Stockton just ended the team's three-game winning streak two weeks ago. They lost 16-9 to the Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since May 7, 2024.

El Dorado Springs hit Skyline with a seven-run sixth inning two weeks ago, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Tigers came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 12-3.
